I don't think it has to be magnascent, you could try regular lugol's. The good thing about it is that you can titrate up to high doses without pathogen resistance. I have been using high concentration Iodine enemas and it kills worms on contact. Not sure about plasmodium but it can't hurt to try, just start at a low dose and keep going up until you feel something happen.

I have been thinking about FMT for a few years now also but it seems so difficult to get a clean sample. Ultimately something in the same realm as FMT seems to be the best shot at a cure. Antibiotic use was definitely a contributing factor for me.

I tried a kefir enema implantation once but nothing happened.

Sorry to hear about your infection it sounds like such a difficult one to overcome but keep plugging at it and hopefully you can be cured.
