Fasting is an amazing process and each one of us react to it in very different way. Yes, there are some common symptoms most fasters go through but the occurrence of each symptom is not at the same intervals.
You probably had good nutritious foods before fasting. You also have good fat to burn. I am sure you are in Ketosis. Perhaps you are detoxing at a very slow rate. I would not be surprised if in next few days you have some major symptom from fasting.
I remember my first long fast, I had practically no aches or pains. Now for me fasting is without any symptoms, except for foul breath.
