I didn't really think about taking electrolytes through the skin. I just added a teaspoon of pink himalayan salt over two or three days, then just a pinch as I felt I needed it.
I went from about 240 to 170 which is roughly 70lbs. Since the week I've been refeeding I've already gained 10ish lbs back. I'm trying to bulk up on the muscle so I've been adding yogurt. I am however thinking about just converting into a juicing/smoothie diet for another few weeks. Let my body finish whatever it needs to do and continue with my praying.
Any tasty juicing recipes? I just have a really strong food processor but it makes short work of things. Also not worried about gaining weight back, but would rather it be the right kind of weight.
