Well I completed my 60 day fast. And honestly once my electrolyte problem was solved I felt that I could have gone further but 60 was plenty. I wasn't physically hungry but my mind was telling me I needed calories. Also had to replace a zirconium filling and didn't really want to be fasting while I was going through that. (I get chipped teeth every now and then from kickboxing even with my mouth guard)
ANYWAYS... what I've noticed after refeeding is that I have a slight, [VERY slight] numb feeling in my pinky fingers and to an even lesser extent ring fingers. It wasn't there while fasting. Am I not getting enough potassium? I'm not worried as I'm sure it will pass as I fully resupply my body's nutrients. I'm thinking of incorporating bananas chips even though I hate them. But I don't really like fasting either but can do anything I put my mind to.
