Sounds like you need a few rounds of anti-parasitics.
Suggest you look at ICU protocols, Roam the forum, search box works great, and try to get up to speed on Round and Flatworm approaches.
Systemic infections can be harder to knock out, and can take quite some time depending on the number of
parasite types you have.
The hard part of the process is identification, It is not necessary to get an exact species, but identification and better treatment is made possible through macro photography, physical identification of stages at stool or from nose, or from vomit.
It is kind of hard to give more precise guidance without a more detailed symptom, cycle time, or areas of the body they prefer.
There are no qPCR tests yet available, and ELISA tests are hit or miss. Stool tests seam to be useless everywhere.
