You should never ingest magnesium, except in the food you eat and we cannot possibly get enough of it that way, because our soil it too depleted. The oil way to absorb it otherwise is to soak you feet in it for 20-40 minutes a night, for at least 30 days. You want to get to a saturation point and then do maintenance. You can also spray it on your skin. Soaking is best and fastest.
