For Pete's sake...don't eat anything!! Fasting is defined as--ABSTINENCE OF FOOD FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. Carrots and cheese both count as food:) (You know, since you have to put them in your mouth, chew them up and swallow!!)
You have to dig deep inside to find the resolve to do it...the right way. If you're not ready, you're not ready. Just don't cheat yourself out of something you've already acknowledged you need. And quit being half-assed about it. Get tough and you'll get through it.
