First of all having those two pack on hand is not going to benifit you one bit, so dump em. I know it hard but it makes it even harder when you have them, also any ashtrays you have hide em or get rid of them, dont smoke in your house and when you are at work if there is a circle of people that smoke dont go aroung them while they are smoking. Find something constructive to do with your breaks/lunches. Go for a walk, anything but smoke,kay!! As far as the cravings, honestly it took me about three days before i wasnt craving a smoke but its not easy.
