Remember, food tolerance is a function of the amount consumed.
If you are allergic to something, even just one teaspoon is enough to get a negative reaction.
If you are intolerant of something, it may take more.
Like, you may have no problems tolerating half a glass of orange juice, but may have problems tolerating 1 liter of juice, if drinked within 1-2 hours frame.
So, food tolerance is always a function of the amount consumed, and many times we may have no problems consuming small amount of food that we are intolerant of.
Try to chew all food you eat now at least 100 times.
