Salted water can help bring bromine to the kidneys for elimination. The co-supplements help keep this moving along, but sometimes you need to stop the Iodine for awhile to get control of the situation, and then resume, or lower the dose and then raise it again. That's called pulse-dosing.

Zinc picolinate 22 mg can help skin issues. You might need 2-3 tablets taken away from copper.

Remember Vitamin C and water to support the general flushing out of bromine.
