What is your body telling you about the orange juice ?
If it does not feel good, I would try some other juice, maybe freshly squeezed apple juice, or plum juice, or Watermelon
or some other fruit or maybe vegetable.
When we fast we become extremely sensitive to everything we have eaten in the past.
If there is any food that we have problem tolerating, our body will tell us quickly. sometimes even when the food is in our mouth, sometimes later, sometimes hours or days later.
If you have problems tolerating orange juice, respect your body and give it something else.
Beware, many people are actually intolerant of orange juice, or lemon juice or tomatoes, or paprika or many different nuts ... without being aware of it.
