Foods can be your friends, and can be your enemies.

I do not know anyone who actually fasted continuously for 55 days!

That is really a special fast!

Does orange juice taste and feel good ?
Can you hold it ?
Do you get any reactions to it ?
Skin itching ?
Headaches ?
Pains ?
Sensations ?
Cramps ?
Eye twitches ?
Allergic reactions ?
Muscle twitches ?
Stabbing pains ?
Vision problems ?
Any symptom ?

How does it feel to have orange juice in your mouth ?
What is your body telling you about the orange juice ?
If it does not feel good, I would try some other juice, maybe freshly squeezed apple juice, or plum juice, or Watermelon or some other fruit or maybe vegetable.

When we fast we become extremely sensitive to everything we have eaten in the past.

If there is any food that we have problem tolerating, our body will tell us quickly. sometimes even when the food is in our mouth, sometimes later, sometimes hours or days later.

If you have problems tolerating orange juice, respect your body and give it something else.

Beware, many people are actually intolerant of orange juice, or lemon juice or tomatoes, or paprika or many different nuts ... without being aware of it.

Read about Elimination-Rotation Diet to learn more about the effect different foods can have on your health and how to recognize your enemies.

You are now in the most perfect position (that you will possibly ever be) to find out what foods are your real friends, and what foods are your hidden enemies.
