I'm not a expert on fasting and my fasting experience is mostly for religious reasons. However I am a competitive athlete and that being said if I were in your situation I would be getting some form of protein back into my diet. In whatever manner you deem best plant based or otherwise. Maybe yogurt or tofu, something that isn't going to rift too much with your refeeding process. I would be working hard to get those stabilizing muscles going again. If it is a dizziness issue, I get this while fasting but not post fast. I try to take a bunch of quick deep breaths to get my O2 up and that usually helps. Again I'm no expert and this may be bad advise only what I would do if I were in your situation... Good luck
