Remember that you're doing this for good health and your body needs nourishment. You can still reach your goal and feel good if you use the maple but use a little less. Also you should take a tablespoon of blackstrap each day. It's like a vitamin and it's loaded with iron and potassium. Your body will let you know how to proceed.
