My advice is to keep at it. Find a diet and lifestyle that resonates with you and keeps symptoms under control and instead of using it as a temporary thing, learn to enjoy it and embrace it as a way of living. Then you're not taking any chances and as you lower inflammation in the body your health will continue to thrive. An exception might be the oil of oregano. Maybe taper off of that and see how you do. How are things now? I couldn't handle keto, I think my liver is too toxic. What meds were you on?
