Be careful.

It depends what you call working out and how much energy you burn during your workout.

If you burn enough energy, you may actually become so weak that you faint and end up in a hospital.

If you just take a slow walk, that kind of exercise is usually good enough for water fasting.

Jogging can already be too much for most people, especially after the second or 3rd day of water fasting.

Lifting heavy weights can be too much, you will burn too much energy and as a result, you may faint or become extremely weak, depending what day of the Water Fast it is.

The first day of the fast you may do a lot but already from the second or third day, your energy may go down and you will feel it.

If you want to exercise, do not go for water fasting.

Instead. you can do juice fasting, or fasting on fruits and nuts smoothies, or fasting on nuts only.

That way you will be able to exercise a lot, and you will consume enough energy.
