I thought about you this morning during my yoga and I thought a good tip to pass on for me was to get into a routine before my daughter gets up to get me focused on her. I focus on me for an hour I get up at 6 am to do my yoga and watch Joyce Meyers and take my vitamins (b/c some are hard to swallow like the Bcomplex yuck) So I thought I would like to share that routine thing with you b/c we are moms ad it is hard to find time for us. Also yoga and meditation it helps with self discipline and slowing down to focus on our weight and health.
I am sooo excited b/c as another Master-Cleanse user said it is about a lb. a day and I lost another so I am at 170 now!
I lost a total of 8 lbs. and I am on day 5 now YEAH! I also read how another MCer gained half back but she seemed okay with it and doing it for more health reasons but I take it as warning I am trying to psych myself up so when I get off as haha said you have to make lifestyle changes and sharing my anxiety of it with this forum makes it easier and also gives me someone to be accountable to. So thanks for listening to my morning rant LOL i am the enthusiastic type as you can see the cheerleader if you will LOL
