I am thinking increasing my exersize and afterwards maybe even some weight lifting. As far as the food I think I can maintain for the most part it is when something emotional happens so I am thinking of rereading Dr. Phils book
I know one of my mom's friend's says when she gains 3 lbs she goes into action in being very cautious of what is going in her mouth.
I personally know that if I jsut dont' eat after 7pm I will nto gain and if I do then I gain it is that simple.
Also I force myself to eat a hardboiled egg every morning and that holds me til lunch, but I would like to eat more healthy overall like less eggs and more oatmeal and fruits and veggies b/c I am so bad at wantign junk food. I found the egg thing when I tried the atkins so I know that eggs really hold me it is like a diet pill.
I am starting for my daughter mostly I don't want her to struggle with weight and she hates veggies too so I am starting to look for recipes for both of us for dinners and well even lunches.
