Yes, l I have several updates. I still haven't started working out yet. I'm definitely gonna start. My work is so hard sometimes; I need days of rest.
I'm still taking probiotics for sure. I finally realized if I eat fast foods it ruins my progress. So when I do eat fast foods, I make sure I take a laxative to get it out bc I know it will lead to gas and Body Odor .
I learned probiotics work even better after flushing colon. It's best to get all fecal matter out, then start probiotics. I still take olive leaf, MSM, and multivitamin. I definitely do my suppository too.
On days I work, I make sure I eat a whole bag of spinach as an internal deodorant. I eat small meals and avoid overeating.
I recently started bathing with sulfur soap. It really cleanses my skin of odor, but the only problem is it leaves the smell of sulfur on my skin. So I use sulfur soap on my off days. On the days I work, I bathe with Nizoral antifungal shampoo. It smells so good on my skin.
I use lotrimin antifungal powder to keep dry because I sweat a lot which leads to fungus. The sulfur soap has cleared my skin of acne, and my shoulders are clear too. I'm really happy with sulfur soap because my skin is clear now.
