Re: Epsom salt for liver flush

Yep, been using it for over 7 years here! It's always worth having at home.
Have you had a full parasite cleanse yet?
If not, I recommend only using the ES in bath/footbaths.
If you have parasite cleansed already, you can test how you tolerate it with a 1/4 tsp dose before bed.

If you haven't parasite cleansed, it can contribute to thrush by drinking it.

In the liver cleanses, there's several techniques for getting the bile ducts to relax, so you may find that a tool like magnesium chloride, orthophosphoric acid, GB-3, phosphatidylcholine or the cola flush works better for you.
Be aware that high intake of magnesium plays with your electrolyte balance. It's fine on the every 2-week Liver Flush pattern, but it helps to have Sea Salt , molasses, and stuff like eggshell powder on hand to balance out when you're back on a normal eating day. (Salt, potassium and calcium are the major electrolyte salts besides magnesium).

ES is my first go-to when I am having trouble sleeping. Definitely do grab a bag. :-) it's incredibly useful.
