Question for pepe or other MC Masters about senna...

Hi, thanks for reading my post....

They didn't have smooth move tea at my grocery store, so I bought senna capsules instead... I could go to the health food store this weekend and get the tea, but I find I prefer the capsules, actually. Are they okay to use? It says on the bottle not to use them for more than a few days or so, but I imagine the tea says the same thing. If anyone has any thoughts, I would appreciate hearing from you! Tweet
