What if salt flush doesn't produce a bowel movement?

What do you do? Nothing? Drink another one? Is it safe to ingest that much salt? I feel my blood pressure increase because my body is absorbing the salt instead of passing it, as it is supposed to. I'm doing it right, right? 2 TSP Sea Salt , 4 cups of warm water, mixed in a big vat, fully dissolved... what could I be doing wrong, or what could I change to make it work?
