my honest view is you scared the s*** out of yourself, is all. your fear probably created the diarreah, however you spell that. :)
. just stay with the very simple foods, juice or fruit, or simple soup, for a few days. don't go back to any junk, or fats. avocado in a few days is prob. ok. forget about trying to replenish minerals and vitamins, and all that. this is fear-base thinking.
if you are worried, drink coconut water.
this is not a long fast, and couldn,t have harmed you, just be gentle and go slow with some plain veg. and fruit. the pumpkin seeds might well have been too much ... they are anti-parastic, after all.
look up eft and learn the tapping points. eft can be the biggest help in releasing fears and other emotions.
