Hi! I just posted about that. I've read that it's fine to take psyllium husk and Bentonite clay (recommended seperate or together) and in fact it's good for you. MY problem is, however, doesn't psyllium husk absorb vitamins and minerals too? You'll probably be fine if you time it right, but don't put psyllium IN your lemonade - take it much later, after you're all done drinking lemonade - I'd give it, oh, two or three hours at least - and then drink it before bed. Now, you're supposed to use psyllium husk twice a day. But I don't know how you'd do it in the morning, or how it'd interact with the saltwater flush.

I'm having this problem of my own - the saltwater flush - I actually think I'm the only person in the world who doesn't mind the taste - I love the salt, in fact - but it doesn't make me go. I mean, it doesn't work. I wait two hours and just never have a bowel movement. (I'm the same person who posted that thread about the sw flush, if you're wondering.) What should I do? Does anyone know?
