Well, that's the same again, and doesn't fit in with the links you posted in your previous comments, i.e. the one saying too much glucose isn't good, and the other one mentioning hypokalemia among the most common electrolyte imbalances. So I'm taking Sugar and salt to not get too much glucose and to get up that potassium?
That's very confusing. As long as you're not making sense I'd rather stick to the advice of people who have experience with dry fasting on a larger scale.
