I'm very sorry to read of the medications you're taking. My favorite antidepressants are fish oil, walking, and the thyroid hormone T3. It's possible your anxiety is due to low adrenal function. Thyroid and adrenal problems frequently go hand in hand.
I have found Iodine and T3 to work beautifully together to warm me up. Iodine also benefits adrenals, as do salt, Vitamin C, and B vitamins, expecially Vitamin B5 pantothenic acid.
Could you take a morning temperature while you're still in bed? Have a thermometer ready by your bedside. A Geratherm or mercury thermometer is best. If your thyroid is happy, your temperature should be 97.8-98.2.
