That being said, I do hope I havent spoiled anyones fun :) I am now on the parasite journey myself. Sadly unable to be found and confirmed at the doctor. Meaning I am having to journey on my own once more. I learned something, I though I would try doing a cleanse and skipping the huge 1000cc coffee enema, bad idea...burning diarrhea and didnt get the same stone results. So went back to the old way. I have used ivermectin, pyrantel pamoate, febendazole. I also keep an Antibiotic handy and take a good dose as a precaution after treating and flushing. It is possible to give yourself SIBO from using large enemas due to washing bacteria from the lower colon to the upper GI tract. So I do a good couple doses of Antibiotics after I am done for a break, like after a flush weekend. Then probiotics, I prefer kefir or tibicos due to the larger variety of microbes. It is possible to infect yourself with probiotic that dont have enough variety in organism, although rare so not to panick. An infection is too much of anything, even a healthy microbe being out of balance. I forgot to write it is the Mazzoti reaction that can be life threatening from killing parasites, Or secondary microbe infections from after they die. Again not to panick anyone, it is simply best to be informed.
