Thanks Andreas. First decent answer I have read on this forum. I have only just realised I have bunions. I am a massage therapist and I think I have done my dosages too high too quickly. I am determined to break down the deposits naturally. I have been applying Lugol's iodine and drinking Bay leave tea daily. On top of taking apple cider vinegar, NAG, MSM and apply fresh aloe gel. I have only been taking Bay leaf tea and applying iodine directly on the bunions and today when I got up. One bunion was so inflamed, and the pain is almost unbearable. This is a first for me. So I believe Lugol's and Bay leave are working- but I am doing it too quickly? I am a keen beach walker and only 51. This is the first day in my life I cannot walk because of the bunions. Any other useful natural suggestions from inflammation on top of easing up on Lugol's and bay leaf. Have tried lavender oil, cayenne pepper and arnica to reduce pain.
