I'm on my 6th day of 30 days water fasting. I did 10 day last year and I don't recommend it because it won't make a difference. Better, go for minimum 15 days. Day 8-15 is where the healing takes place. I did 15 days, lost 10kg and I no longer have gastic bloated stomach, I'm ok completely! Read below as your guide. I found them useful.
