Dark thoughts, rashes, and red spots are bromine through-and-through. Salted water is critical to keep that stuff flowing out, as are the companion nutrients and Vitamin C.
Vitamin C and salt will also support adrenals, which can struggle during detox. When adrenals are struggling, it can come out as anxiety.
