There are a number of "myiasis" type diseases that can cause these symptoms. This condition is spread by flies and this disease is occurring in epidemic numbers in certain areas in the US. A 2016 or 2015 Phoenix newspaper article stated flies causing myiasis diseases have been identified in Phoenix/Scottsdale: e.g., botfly, tumbu fly, sandfly (e.g., causing leishmaniasis) and other black flies. Also, midges carrying exotic disease and mosquitoes carrying Protomxyzoa Rheumatica have also been identified in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

In Myiasis, the fly eggs penetrate the skin, hatch, and then larvae move around the body, into joints, etc.... One of these flies even lays eggs on clothes which then penetrate the skin.

It appears Doctors in the US are quite ignorant about these conditions (CDC calls them NTDs - neglected tropical diseases) though, this condition is quite common in South America, Africa, and the middle east. These flies are in the US and in many states. People are truly suffering. Many believe these insects have been intentionally brought here.

Seek out a physician who specializes in tropical diseases (e.g., Chinese TCM, Ayurvedic physician, South American physician) or, a Vet who is familiar with fly vector diseases in animals.
