If that is all you are consuming then I would suspect nutrient or protein deficiency. I would slowly reintroduce some good foods and see if that clears things up.
I would doubt that biofilm would be eradicated with fasting, however lactoferrin is very effective at this.
One of the biggest mistakes I had was the belief 'if it works for someone else then it must work for me'. It is important to observe reactions to events in order to teach yourself what works for you. (not trying to talk down btw).
Bioindividuality is the idea that everyone responds differently. After 25 years of research and experimentation, I have yet to find any guru that has all the answers.
