on my 1st cleanse i didn't notice any weightloss until the 5th day or so. though, i don't get on the scales or measure myself. but after 10 days i could tell a pretty big difference...guessing b/t 10 and 15 lbs for sure and into my smaller pants. i would DEFINITELY do the full 10 days. you are almost there anyway. i did a good bit of excercising (walking, hiking, rollerblading) while i was on my first one and feel like it kind of pushed the detoxing along.
