Well you really can't go on everyone elses results.......they are only guidelines. We are all individuals from different body types, health issues, stress issues.
I myself feel strong hunger from days 1-7......then again on day 11 and 19. In the beginning don't limit your lemonade.....if you feel hungry drink lemonade then have a water, keep doing it til hunger passes......it will pass if you don't obsess over it. Your at day 6 your almost to your goal......your doing great so keep it up you will be happy you pushed through the tough times. One thing we all have in common is we all want better health.
As far as not losing any weight or inches on day six....that is odd. It's hard to know if your doing anything wrong because you haven't said what you are doing.
Are you using the proper grade b maple syrup? Are you doing the salt water flush? Are you using the right salt? Are you eliminating at all?
