One thing you didn't mention was water. When taking over 1 tsp salt, you'll need plenty of water. Bromine won't be easily eliminated without enough water, and you'll be tired. If you're not already, match the salt with at least 4 quarts or liters of water. When you've had 4 days of that, then see how fatigued you are before heading down the adrenal fatigue path.
I'd rather see you on 400 mcg selenomethionine, not 600 mcg. After a year, do a serum selenium test to be sure your levels are good, not too high and not too low.
