Stop all fast food
Stops all sodas, sweet tea, diet sodas, and bottled fruit juice
Drink only water
Eat beans, apples, cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, or any food with 1 ingredient food
(Go easy on fruit due to sugar)
Absolutely no processed foods
Only eat foods with 1 ingredient
Before u eat ask yourself is this food healthy? Is this a 1 ingredient food?
Stop all your bad habits: not exercising, not drinking water, overeating, having sex, eating processed foods, drinking soda and diet soda, eating sugar, eating candy, drinking sweet tea, artificial Sugar or artificial anything, doing recreational drugs, negative thinking, putting self down, drinking beer, bread
When you are ready for meat. Don't over do it. Eat meat the size of a deck of cards. Find out what meats that cause ur Body Odor .
Always listen to your body. Ask yourself does this feel right? Am I getting good results? Has this hurt me in the past?
By asking those questions u can decide what's right for u
An example of 1 ingredient foods: Apple, cucumber, lettuce, potato, beans, onion, garlic, lemon etc
Processed foods are foods that have a lot of ingredient for example pizza, fast foods, it comes in a box etc...
Eating coconut oil will make u smell really bad especially if your colon is full of fecal matter. Avoid putting on skin bc after a few hours it starts to smell bad on skin.
Avoid perfume, Cologne, scented soaps bc if u have Body Odor . It will only mix with your body odor and it's not pleasant. Avoid scented products for about 3 months until u get odor under control. Use unscented soap and unscented deodorant
There is no quick fix for body odor. U manage body odor through healthy diet. There's no product to cure body odor. Body odor is caused by bad habits. Don't think of body odor as a bad thing. It's your body's way of saying Help me and I'm not getting proper nutrition. Remember what goes in must come out.
