Matt. I spent quite a bit of time this afternoon trying to understand your spreadsheet, instructions and conversions. It's actually a work of art.
I finally got it!! What was confusing to me is the "Input--Dose" column. It is not made clear that this number can and should be changed by the user. You have done this whole spreadsheet in ucg's when it would be so much simpler if it was calculated using mg's. Especially considering the moxidectin instructions are in grams and milligrams. As it is now, the user must calculate the milligrams and convert to ucg's by multiplying by 1,000. This is an unnecessary calculation.
It might also be helpful if you had a small chart which stated what the monthly ucg's or mgs would be for each 50 pound increment, i.e., 50#, 100#, 150#, 200#, 250#, etc. This monthly number could then be divided by 5 or any chosen number to be entered into the spreadsheet.
I believe this method has benefit for many posters and hope it can be made simpler.
I am including a link to Mattk3's Album since it cannot really be found with all the new site changes. Hope you don't mind, Matt
