Eliminate from your diet all grains especially all processed grains like flours and rice, all milk products and all foods with Sugar added, and all foods with industrial additives added.

respect your body when it is screaming with symptoms of food intolerance!

Eat raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts, raw fish if available, and cooked meat and cooked vegetable.
