When I had kidney pain I found it very helpful to cleanse them by drinking a quart of freshly squeezed lemon juice with some honey and fresh ginger slices along with an 1/8 tsp of cayenne. This mixture will cleanse the kidneys. Doing this cleanse for a week will get your kidneys working better.
