It's been amazing! I'm really grateful for the experience and changes. EOs lighten a lot of things, especially fear and depression.
I'll have to say cinnamon EO really sets me tripping (biofilm/candida releases a lot of fermentatious toxins when they die, so best go easy when starting up/low dose).
Did I mention melissa essential oil up there..? My favorite blend so far is (from order of highest content to lowest:)
It still gets rocky when I slip control on the diet and have bread, butter, cheese or meat, but there EOs are a lifesaver too. They strengthen responces to insulin right fast, can be used to lessen the impact of high ROS (reactive oxidative species) right fast (especially lavender and citron melissa), and make it easy to fall asleep without suffering the normal bleh releactions.

For any other diabetics out there.. Make smoothies out of green spices, it'll quicken your metabolisim and help a lot, especially if you have hypothyroidsism. I really enjoy cucumber, thyme, oregano and citron melissa. There's a double punch when you add in the fresh green spices while on EOs. I keep mine in a pot in the window.
