Re: Please evaluate my Salivary Adrenal Fatigue Stress Test (advanced)

Thanks for the replies!

Current doc is all but fired; keeping him around in case of other emergency. I have appt in January with a new endo; I'm not too hopeful about that. I'll start looking for a someone to who can treat AF (google?)

I am taking some supplements, which seem to be well tolerated:

selenium (200mcg)
stress B complex Twinlab 2 per day(http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-Stress-B-Complex-Caps-100-Capsules/7211)

zinc - building up from 12.5mg
magnesium liquid (good state 200mg)
vitamin c (2g included in Twinlab b complex above)
vitamin d (4g)
chelated copper (2.5mg)
probiotic (alternating of 2 different)
prebiotic resistant starch (15-30g)

planning to start: Iodine logols 2%
adrenal cortex (http://www.iherb.com/Thorne-Research-Adrenal-Cortex-60-Veggie-Caps/18706)

I've just started coffee enemas, they seem to do something for me.

I was craving salt (himalayan) like a madman till a few days ago, now craving is way down. Also, heart palps are wayy down. I haven't mild exercised in a while, maybe that will be better too. Body temp is always 97.1F - 97.3F on waking; seems too low.

Klauss was there any rhodiola or licorice root involved in your supplementation?
