How to take iodine
So how are you guys taking your iodine? I take mine in water. I'm up to 8mg and just wondering how much water should I be using?
I use around 3 cups of water and mix the Iodine then drink it. Should I be doing it another way? Split the dosage up during the day? I can't see me drinking 50mg of Iodine at once.
