What is your total health history and how long have you been taking each supplement?
Can you list the type of Act. Char., Mag, Cal, Vit C, and chromium you take? Where did you get the lugols (as in source)? Do you know about different types of iodine solutions like SSKI?
By looking at what you take, the salt gives (assuming 2 tsp daily) ~4g sodium/~7g chloride, plus trace minerals. Do you know the Potassium/Chloride ratio of the supplement that's 1g?
Overall, you point to gut dysbiosis - how long have you had this, when did it start, and what are the symptoms you exhibit apart from the ones already listed?
How much water do you drink daily and what is your source of water?
Activated charcoal will reduce stomach pH and create problems with digestion long-term if it comes in contact. Its purpose is typically to detoxify short-term.
