The encysted ones are the L3 larvae they can take up to 3 years before they emerge . Once population of adults decline the encysted will reemerge to replace . Fall and spring the encysted come out in large numbers . Most emerge in first year , so after first year health should be back 90 percent or better if you stick to a protocol . Fenben is far superior than albendazole for treating these early L3 larvae , doxy for sterilizing the females and disrupting the bacteria they thrive on . Ivermectin to eliminate any ones that get by fenben.
