HELLO

I live in an area where sunshine is rarely available.

OK, SO CLOUDS OR JUST LIVE INSIDE AN APARTMENT THAT YOU NEVER SEE THE SUN OFTEN…..

My Vitamin D levels have become quite low causing me problems.
I AM NOT A GOOD PERSON TO ASK THIS, BECAUSE MY TEACHERS TOLD ME SUCH A VITAMIN DOES NOT EXIST, NOR TEST TO TEST IT.
AND NATURALLY SAID JUST SEEK MORE SUNSHINE AND FRESH AIR FOR THE ANTI-DOTE.

What would you suggest me to do to increase Vitamin D levels?

If I take supplements, then should Vitamin D3 always be taken with Vitamin K?
I NEVER TAKE A VITAMIN, I WOULD AVOID ALL THOSE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS.

I also feel lacking Potassium,
YES, PROBABLY ALL HUMANS DO AND HERBS RICH IN POTASSIUM SUCH AS YOUR DARK PURPLE SWEET FRUITS ARE AN EASY OPTION AND STOP THE USE OF WHITE SALT.

is there a herb that could be taken to increase Potassium levels?
YES, ELDERBERRY IS THE KING AND NATURALLY YOU DON'T SEE ELDERBERRY JUICE BEING SOLD ANYWHERE…..SO POWDER ALSON HELPS ALLOT ALONG WITH ALL YOUR DARK SWEET VINE/BUSH FRUITS AND SOME TREES SEEM TO MAKE IODINE.

CAN BE TAKEN AS A TINCTURE AS THE BEST SOURCE, BECAUSE IODINE TENDS TO FLOAT AWAY IN THE AIR IF IT CAN.

THEY SAY SOME FOODS ARE RICH IN VITAMIN D, BUT AGAIN, YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE IN THAT WORD FIRST---EATING SWEET POTATOES, CARROTS, ETC….MAY ALTER THEIR TEST RESULTS.

GETTING OUT IN THE AIR AND SUN IS JUST 1 OF 100+ THINGS REQUIRED FOR BETTER OVER ALL HEALTH.
