Re: Anyone in Melbourne, Australia?
Lol, rest assured most people there all have odours themselves and relish in the fact. Its very 'cultured' as far as aus goes. Wide variety of foods and people from all corners. I'm sure it won't raise an eyebrow.
I don't use any deodorant or chemicals.... (unless I travel a great distance to an important official event, then I might... like once every 2 years) and no one has ever really said or suspected anything - that I could tell... but then again??
Additionally I keep a wide area of personal space. I don't like just anyone coming in a certain proximity to me, unless its my intimate family. And I'm not one to wave my arms about...
By the way I also have PCOS.
I have friends from all over the world and I have noticed the individuals who eat strong spices and herbs have more noticeable scent. not bad, just more noticeable. I myself eat lots of spices and herbs (when I eat...lol) and at times I smell a bit 'spicey' but my partner seems to not have any qualms in the slightest.
when out on particularly hot days I take natural wet wipes for under my arms which does wonders. Last time i was in melb it was a 50 deg cel heat wave!!! but then again winters are bitterly cold and wet!!
all the best with your move...
and at the end of the day who cares what people think!
PS... BO can be toxins escaping... do some cleansing, drink plenty of water, fast, detox, eat lots of fruit and veg to cleans...
A really good supplement for PCOS for clearing lymphs is Lyphatox by metagenix... its available at chemists that do health as well or healthful stores.
