Re: Can a Low-Salt Diet Actually Be Bad for You?

Congrats on your degree. I am impressed because I know that is a tough road to get to one.

I have a granddaughter with a Masters in clinical nursing. Medically trained. She thought that colloidal silver was hogwash. I proved to her that colloidal silver in a cool mist humidifier would stop any respiratory ailment in its tracks. Same with a few other natural treatments I learned right here on Curezone that are shunned by the medical teachings.

As for the salt, each person needs to watch their own body. I spent most of my adult life working outside. I have tried to follow the low salt regimen and found that it flat out does not work for me. I get cramps and a drained energy.

My point is simply that anyone would benefit with an open mind. I am 73 and still learn daily. Thankfully my granddaughter does not think she already knows everything and is open to new ideas.

I do not pretend to know your mindset. I only hope you are open to new thoughts. It just seems you are not............
