Re: Taking Iodine before treating adrenals?

Kelp is a great source of Iodine and also has micronutrients. I started taking kelp after I began a nutritional balancing program, after total adrenal burnout. Burnout meaning I was constantly in excruciating pain and barely had the energy to feed myself. The kelp made my body wake up. You can take kelp or Iodine even if you're burned out. It may be helpful to treat your whole body, adrenals and throid at once, rather than one at a time as Western docs tend to do. Look up nutritional balancing, it's a program to balance your body chemistry, which allows your body to repair itself, including candida, adrenals, thyroid, ptsd, you name it. It has brought me from near death to happier than I've ever been in my whole life. Also I hope you know about tapping for ptsd. It helped me loads.
