Moxidectin Dose testing data

A tube of Moxi paste that is intended for 1250 lb animal dosing contains 20/mg/ml the Moxi med.

Many that have dosed Moxi in concert with formulas for complicated infections have found:

One standard dose of Moxi can lead to severe vomiting. Several people reported vomiting. One almost went to the ER, One swelled and reported that mineral intake decreased the swelling in a few days.

I now suggest people take fractional doses 80ucg/kg/D until the full 400ucg/kg dose is reached.

One standard dose of Moxi is 400ucg per month.

One Person who accidentally tested 2 standard doses taken in a single report being drunk. I suspected die off from an acetaldehyde bacteria, and suggested Chitosan in high dose for 3 days be taken. The person reported Chitosan stopped the toxin.

I have had no reports of issues when people do fractional doses 1/5 of the expected dose over 5 days.

Two of us have done duration testing.

One person reports no problems with 1/5 dose 80 ucg/kg (accomplished through the use of kitchen measuring spoons)for 14 days.
Four other people also have confirmed this level goes without incident.

Maximum Dosing Level:

I tested 133 ucg/kg for 15 days. Slight Neural involvement and a high rate of Vitamin B loss is detected. This is assumed to be the maximum level tested by anyone in our parasite correspondence circle. As a side note, all CNS, Neural, and Brain worm activity stopped on about day 13.

Dosing of Moxi is very sensitive to both daily dose and total dose.

The overall response to Moxi has been overwhelmingly positive.

For those with thread worms, migrans stages, and unidentified co-infections, nearly all report dramatic improvement starting at day 5 to day 14.

Several have die off events (at 80ucg/kg) on days 3, 4, and 5.

One reports a massive worm load dumping of Strongyloids worms, visually confirmed under high magnification microscope. Large Gel blobs with active new born worms were also photographed.

It is currently still unknown what the redosing pattern looks like, but 30 to 60 days is suspected for Moxi.
