That's really nice to read!
Sulfur vitamins (garlic, turpentine, vitamin B1 and ALA/RLA, methionine, etc) and Iodine both really help jumpstart the female cycle. Sometimes my period starts if I am using Iodine regularly, and pauses if I miss a day during that week.
