To answer your question, I am vegan because it helped my extreme painful periods, reduced my BO and excessive sweat and my acne, plus for humane reasons. I do eat eggs though, and I'm considering starting fish again. It's just strange that my body is craving something heavy that will take the stomach a while to digest. I don't think its the food necessarily, because I feel like I could eat dirt and be satisfied. And when I have a stomach ache and food stays in my gut it actually reduces the hunger/faint symptoms. It seems as though my body is just happier with something in my stomach, and once it leaves I get faint/hunger (thats why easy to digest foods or sugars such as fruits and juice don't hold me up) but there's got to be a reason for that, I'm not understanding.
I will look into those liver cleanses, I do use milk thistle and dandelion herbs, I will continue to do so. And I'm starting Beta TCP by Biotics research - a natural bile stimulator. I am going to do a 3x stool test to hopefully rule out parasites. And I'm working on Lyme with a natural protocol called 'Cowden Protocol'.
